About Us

Terms & Conditions

1. General

a) Treatment plans are estimates and we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible should the charges change once the treatment plan has started. Additional procedures will be carried out if essential and in the best interest of the patient after obtaining the patient's consent. In some cases the modified treatment plan may involve an extra cost. During this process you may at any time decide not to continue with the treatment. In this instance you will only have to pay for treatment and laboratory work that has been provided.

b) Estimates given to patients will remain valid for a period of three months from the date of the estimate or as otherwise specified in the estimate. During this coronavirus pandemic we reserve the right to make alterations to estimates and fees due to changing guidelines and fluctuating supplier prices

c) We respectfully request that fees are payable before the day of treatment (or that the funds for an interest free credit agreement have been issued).

d) For large courses of treatment we reserve the right to request full payment of fees (if agreed with your dentist) before the day of treatment.

e) Ravenshead Dental Practice has the absolute right to discontinue treatment at any time without any obligation for compensation if we reasonably believe that you are not medically or mentally fit for the recommended treatment or if your payment obligations are not met.
